Hiba Bukhari was born on 27th July 1993 in Karachi, Sindh to a conservative Sindhi family. She did her FSc from Jinnah Government College in Nazimabad, Karachi. After her FSc, she started her career which has always been her passion.

Acting Career
In 2015, Hiba Bukhari did her debut drama, Teri Meri Jodi. After that, she played a supporting role in Choti Si Zindagi starring Iqra Aziz and Shahzad Sheikh. She did her first lead role in 2017 with the drama serial Bholi Bano. This serial was highly rated. Her first award was won by her performance in Hum TV soap opera, Thori si Wafa.
In 2018, she did two projects one opposite Junaid Khan in Silsilay and the other opposite Danish Taimoor in Hara Dil. In 2019, she played the role of a girl next door in Ramz-e-Ishq and a headstrong bus hostess in Deewangi. Her performance in Deewangi earned her an award nomination as well.
Her role in the drama serial Meray Humnasheen of a Pakhtoon medical student was loved by many. In 2022, she played the role of a mother of two seeking a divorce from her husband in the drama serial Pehchaan and it was loved by critics.
She did five dramas with her real-life partner, Aarez Ahmad. Their fifth on-screen appearance was in Ishq Nahi Aasan.
Nowadays there are two of her dramas on-air, Jhok Sarkar opposite Farhan Saeed and Tere Ishq Ke Naam opposite Zaviyar Nouman and Usama Khan.
