Hira Mani or Hira Salman is one of the most beautiful Pakistani actresses, hosts, singers, and VJ. She’s been married to the popular VJ and actor, Salman Saqib Sheikh popularly known as Mani. Hira joined the showbiz after getting married and first appeared on TV with her husband.

Early Life

Hira Mani was born on 27^th February 1989 in Karachi, Pakistan to a Muslim middle-class family. In 2023, she celebrated her 34^th birthday.

Education

Hira got her early education from a local school in Karachi. She graduated from a university in Karachi after getting married.

 Family

Hira’s father, Syed Farrukh Jamal, who passed away, was a banker and loved her daughter the most. Her mother, Naheed Jamal, is a teacher at the school Educators. Hira, in an interview, said that her father loved her the most, and with little inconvenience, he would turn everything upside down for her.

Siblings

Hira Mani is the only sister of four brothers, Talha Jamal, Ubaid Jamal, Hasan Jamal, and Shah Jamal. Hasan is her twin brother. Her brother, Talha Jamal, is a crew member of Pakistan International Airlines.

Husband

Salman Saqib Sheikh, Mani, is Hira Mani’s husband. Mani was a popular VJ when they both met and Hira was his big fan. She used to talk to Mani with a different identity of Maryam Khan. They met through a mutual friend and Hira took his number from her.

Though Hira was engaged to someone else at that time who was a banker but fell in love with Mani. She openly told him about her feelings and broke off her engagement. Hira and Mani got married on 18^th April 2008.

Children

They both are blessed with two sons. Muzammil who is their elder son was born in 2009. Their second son, Ibrahim, was born in 2014.

Early Career

Hira started her career as a VJ and soon started co-hosting with her husband a popular show, Hum 2 Humara Show in 2010. In 2011, they both did another show together called Hira Mani Show. She also appeared as an advertisement lady in the show, Hum Sub Umeed Se Hain.

Hira made her television debut as an actor in 2013 with a drama serial Meri Teri Kahani opposite her husband, Mani. The show was inspired by an American series called Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Acting Career

After her first drama, Hira started getting a lot of drama offers. She appeared in some of the most popular drama serials like Jab We Wed, Preet Na Kareiyo Koi, Sun Yaara, Yaqeen Ka Safar, Thays, Do Bol, Kashf, Galati, Mere Pass Tum Ho, Yun Tu Hai Pyar Bohut and Mai Hari Piya.

Currently, her on-air drama is Kalank, opposite Junaid Khan, and Meher Mah opposite Affan Waheed. She is also appearing in a miniseries, Hum Dono, these days.

She also appeared in her first film this year, Teri Meri Kahaniyaan, opposite her husband, Mani. Her performance was loved by all her fans.
