Mikaal Zulfiqar

Mikaal Zulfiqar is a popular Pakistani model and actor. He has many fans in Pakistan and out of the country due to his good looks and impressive personality.

 Early Life

Mian Mikaal Patras Zulfiqar popularly known as Mikaal Zulfiqar was born in London. He spent his early childhood there and moved to his homeland in the 90s. His family moved to Lahore but eventually, Mikaal shifted to Karachi and still resides there.

Education

Mikaal did his early schooling in London. After shifting back to Pakistan he went to the school Lahore Lyceum in Lahore. When he decided to join the acting industry, he shifted to Karachi and attended Bahria University, Karachi for his master’s.

 Parents

The names of Mikaal’s parents are not known. His father is a Pakistani and his mother is an English lady who resides in London. Mikaal’s father was a diplomat who moved to London and got married to a lady there. However, they got divorced when Mikaal was fifteen years old and he moved to Pakistan with his father.

Siblings

Mikaal has six siblings including a few sisters and brothers younger and older than him. One of his brothers, Jamal Andreas Zulfiqar, is a popular theatre actor.

Relationships

Mikaal Zulfiqar had very few relationships in the past. He was rumored to be engaged to Pakistani actress, Zara Sheikh, however the relationship ended. Then he was rumored to be dating another Pakistani model, Madiha Iftikhar but that relationship ended too.

Marital Status

In 2010, he got engaged to a Pakistani actress, Sara Bhatti and after two years, in 2012, they got married. Their marriage lasted six years and in 2017, Mikaal announced his divorce with his wife, Sara Bhatti. The couple has two daughters and they are co-parenting them after the divorce. Currently, he is single and focusing on his career and children.

Early Career

Mikaal started off his career as a model and soon became one of the top male models in the country. His charming personality attracted a lot of attention towards him. Then for the first time, he appeared on Television through a song video of Abrar-ul-Har, Sanu Tere Naal Pyaar Ho Gaya. After that, he was seen in some of the most popular Ufone comedy TV commercials.

In 2007, he performed in the Bollywood film, Godfather. Then he appeared in the drama film Shoot on Sight in 2008. 2011 he did another Bollywood musical-romantic U R My Jaan, and the spy thriller Baby in 2015. After that, he stopped working in Bollywood and started working in the Pakistani drama industry.

Acting Career

Mikaal’s first Pakistani drama was in 2009, Saiqa. After that, he worked on timeless projects like  Shehr-e-Zaat opposite Mahira Khan, Diyar-e-Dil, Durr-e-Shehwar, Fraud, and Alif Allah aur Insaan. He also made a special appearance in the Pakistani film, Cake.
